Delita Hooks I will Slap the Crap out of Your Ass and Delita Hooks False Criminal Report


The PTS extra bad from assault savage attack at Dr Andrew Fagelman's and NYPD IAB role. 

I am having problems with my back neck hip and today see foot doctor to see if he can help with Achilles Tendonitis, knees and if he has any ideas to help with pain from the feet up.  Next week the back and neck doctor. Exhausted.  Still low grade cold from stress.  

I think of Adrian Schoolcraft and how Internal Affairs betrayed him.

Now I have her false criminal report and it proves to me that Ray Kelly, Charles Campisi and IAB are truly corrupt.  Why?  Where is her arrest for assault and a false cross complaint and where is the arrest of Det John Vergona for coercion and fyi he wasn't a rogue cop acting alone.

So where are the arrests and punishment for the NYPD and IAB involved?


Here is the video proving Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager Delita Hooks savagely attacked me and I was Dr Vine's patient who shared the office with Dr Fagelman.

There is a powerful New York Times article about the fact the NYPD can't police themselves and Internal Affairs does more shuffling paper than investigating crime.

Office of Professional Medical Conduct Dr Andrew Fagelman Delita Hooks

To the office of Professional Medical conduct:  I wrote you how long ago that Dr FAgelman's receptionist made a hole in retina, damaged my cervical spine, violated my body and rights and you haven't done a thing or even written me back.  Now I have her false criminal report lying to the NYPD stating I attacked her and the video proves she attacked me.



above 2nd to last page on scribd.com is the false criminal complaint by Dr Andrew Fagelman's employee front desk receptionist Delita Hooks who savagely attacked me after standing up slamming the counter yelling I have no rights.

She provoked me first to seek help from Dr Vine who was already in with her next patient and than to start filming when she got between me and the door to give me the finger as I tried to leave

She violated my patient rights and repeatedly violated my body.

Dr Fagelman did not fire her and Dr Vine vacated asap.

NOW I HAVE THE FALSE CRIMINAL REPORT SO DR FAGELMAN PROTECTED HIS EMPLOYEE OF 10 YEARS WHO SAVAGELY ATTACKED ME AND THAN BROKE ANOTHER LAW FILING A FALSE CROSS COMPLAINT.

YOU CAN READ THE FALSE CRIMINAL REPORT WHERE SHE LIED AND SAID I ATTACKED HER PUSHING HER TO THE GROUND AND ONCE DOWN ON THE GROUND I KICKED HER LEAVING A BRUISE.

YOU CAN SEE THE VIDEO AND THE TRUTH SHE ATTACKED ME WHEN SHE HAVE EASILY CLOSED THE DOOR AND INSTEAD SHE DID A RUNNING PUNCH TO MY EYE YELLING AT ME SHE WAS GOING TO SLAP THE CRAP OUT OF MY ASS.

WHY AREN'T YOU DOING ANYTHING.

THE CORRUPT NYPD HAVE BEEN FORCED TO RE-OPEN THE CASE AFTER 1 year.   I caught the NYPD and Internal Affairs fixing for this doctors off as well as retaliating against me for being a whistle blower.
The case is now open.  The NYPD have yet to arrest her but I have the video now and her false criminal report and I pray to G-d to shame all involved including the women in the video with no name tags --- they all know my name and I did not know theirs   

I called Dr Vine's receptionist from the police precinct and asked what is the name of the woman that punched me and she said her name is "Delite".    Dr Vine's receptionist who's name I don't know either said she did not know Delita Hooks name even though she sits next to her,

The women in the video all said I attacked her not knowing I had this video.  None were punished and to date they don't think they did anything wrong.

Read Dr Andrew Fagelman's Delita Hooks False Criminal Report Blaming the Patient


Dr Andrew Fagelman, internist, 155 Spring St. Soho (see link below to read Delita Hooks false criminal report that is part of her false cross complaint) and the NYPD Internal Affairs along with Delita Hooks all joined in abusing their power and if you want  proof watch this YouTube of Delita Hooks who violated my patient rights first verbally assaulting me telling me I have no rights provoking me to turn around and try and get help from Dr Vine who sadly was in with another patient and than when Delita Hooks gave me the finger when she got between me and the door she provoked me to film.

Now you can read the false criminal report she submitted to the NYPD and Internal Affairs has it as well as her false cross complaint as this video proves and still no arrest so besides the NYPD and Internal Affairs retaliating against me for being a whistle blower who did Dr Fagelman call for some help fixing his employee's savage attack of a medical patient and his employee's false cross complaint both crimes.

She says I attacked her and pushed her to the ground.  She takes her lies even further.

What a sick individual.   At least she admits I am a patient so what was she doing getting in a heated debate.

The only heat was on her side.  You can hear I am calm but she is acting like she is on something.

Delita Hooks acts like she is the creature from the planet rage.
