I want to ask the MD Dr Fagelman and NYPD under oath if they had this conversation don't worry will make this go away -- you don't have to fire her --- will threaten her victim, protect a pile up of crimes including lying to the NYPD during an open investigation, filing a false cross complaint and we will seal Delita Hooks signed letter probably scripted by Joe Tacopina -- a shockingly stupid letter openly threatening me yet again warning me to not come back and file 2nd degree assault charges and the NYPD knew it was a crime so they rush to seal her crimes with theirs but not to worry all the corrupt NYPD commissioners are using Ron Kuby's letter which uses the work "attacker" twice in one sentence to attempt to cover up all the crimes from Dr Andrew Fagelman office to the First Precinct to Internal Affairs.

I think it was coward corrupt Joe Tacopina that broke the law using a fake account to call me cunt threaten to bury me and destroy me -- if I took any action see the tables turned on me -- I know G-d will punish Joe Tacopina but I would like him arrested -- instead Det john Vergona and his partner and Det Andy Dwyer and his partner acted on the misogynist hate crime!
I will be handing out a new Justice card very soon that focuses on the NYPD detective squad acting on the misogynist hate crime in my case.

First Precinct did fixing and favors for the elusive Dr Andrew Fagelman but when the NYPD
him I am sure the is there for them after all the First Precinct was willing to lie in police reports and threaten me verbally violently over the phone with false arrest for his savagely violent, lying attack receptionist/office manager Delita Hooks not fired or arrest for repeatedly violating my patient rights and than my bodily.
Sgt Chen the corrupt detectives supervisor I spoke to over the phone could not hold back the laughter -- Chief Boyce a misogynist corrupt evil chief of detectives oversees and protected every crime along with his predecessor -- Boyce is even worse than Pulaski... Campisi is a flat out liar and his new book is a joke since he let how many NYPD officers get away with fixing, favors and committing crimes openly like my case...

THE FIRST PRECINCT PUBILC MEMBER LOOKED AT THE VIDEO AND TOOK NOTES AND THAN I EMAILED THE VIDEO AND PHOTOS TO DET JOHN VERGONA A CORRUPT COWARDLY EVIL DETECTIVE WHO "DOCTORED' THE POLICE REPORTS SO DR ANDREW FAGELMAN DID NOT HAVE TO FIRE HIS VIOLENT LYING RECEPTIONIST.
Det John Vergona a corrupt evil dirty detective was all to happy to do a favor especially for his future facebook friend NYPD PO Gene Schatz the first cop I ever reported to Internal Affairs for fixing, favors and harassment courtesy of The Mercer Hotel a few blocks from Dr Andrew Fagelman and that was in 2010 so in 2012 Andy Dwyer and John Vergona were too happy to break the law and confident -- still confident they got away with it!
THESE SICKOS THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY TO ATTEMPT TO BEAT ME TO A PULP AFTER I HAD A CYST REMOVED HOLDING MY BAGS, MY ARM NUMB FROM A CYST REMOVED AND THAN THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD BULLY ME INTO SUBMISSION ON LINE ---
THEY GOT MY YELP REVIEW REMOVED-- I HAD TO HIRE LAWYERS TO GET MY YELP REVIEW BACK UP BUT IT WAS IMMEDIATELY REMOVED TO UNRECOMMENDED AS IF DR FAGELMAN AND PALS HAVE A FRIEND AT YELP?

Today this office put me on hold forever, then when I called back, they said their system was down and that they didn't have anything until next week anyway. Useless - changing doctors NOW. I've never even seen this phantom Dr. Fagelman in person anyway - even at my first appointment! His many nurse practitoners should be pictured here on Yelp rather than his own elusive face.
