Incredibly rude staff and very little care for the privacy of the patient.
When you go to a doctor office you want to talk to a doctor, your doctor. You don't want to explain your symptoms and issues to 4 different persons including the receptionists!
Not to mention the place looks more like a hair salon than a doctor office.
I have no complaints about dr. Fagelman, but I'm forced to change doctor for how uneasy I feel every time I visit.

Their billing terms hurt patients.
The care I received here was fine.
Helpful to be certain. All attention and care was provided by a nurse practitioner, not a doctor. Which is again, fine. But the billing is outrageous. Sure, you will likely consent to paying a late cancellation fee or a missed appointment fee but when you get hit with that bill, it hurts. You will be billed your regular co-pay along with a seemingly arbitrary punishing fee of at least $130.00 on top of that. Wham! We're you late for urgent personal reasons? Wham! "We're sorry." As a student of medical ethics I can recognize predatory terms of compliance. These billing terms hurt patients.

Terrible experience!!!!! I completely agree with one of the reviews below. They are just about to make money, this is absolutely not about health. I wasn't seen by the doctor (must be something very usual in this office). But I wanted to give a chance to the nurse practitioner, who ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests for a regular cold/flu.
I just been charged $182 in my bank account directly, three weeks later of the visit. I didn't even receive a bill from the insurance/office doctor in order to review it and make the payment accordingly. They just charged it directly. Now I understand why all the tests, they run to do all of them and I was done in 5 minutes. This is the first time I got such a terrible experience from a HEALTH DIVISON.
At least, they should provide with more information about all the tests, but of course they just wanted to make money.

Delita Hooks Dr Andrew Fagelman's attack receptionist violent liar got sued see lawsuit just didn't serve her read why but her employer and jane does jone does did get sued and served by my lawyer -- Delita Hooks started an argument with me another MD's patient, violated my patient rights repeatedly from behind a long closed off desk, came out to menace me provoking me to get help and when I could not get help so shocked by her giving me the finger she provoked me to film -- she or her pals even patients attacked me as well the first AJOHN on YouTube Oct 4 3 days after the assault provoking me to start by posting the YouTube since apparently they decided to lie as a group and the attacks and lies continue over 3 years now with yet another patient lying about me and he wrote me when I confronted him via his YouTube account and said they told him "THEIR" side of the story -- he removed the lying dishonest attack from Google but it reminded me that the office it appears started the attacks online and that makes it over 3 years since his review was new so I must hand out Justice Cards and continue to blog etc because Delita Hooks and those at the office continue to lie

Delita Hooks repeatedly violated my patient rights, than she repeatedly violated my body - Google Dr Fagelman assault and watch the beginning of an attack that continued as she pursued me down the hall way. Some how she was allowed to break even more laws filing a false cross complaint as well as signing a letter that sounds like Joe Tacopina ghost wrote similar to the "confrontative cunt" threat via YouTube I also believed to be him and she signed the letter threatening me yet again warning me like the cunt comment to not take further action or she would file another false cross complaint against me. This letter was read to me by IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell who I am suing and she will be served in a 2nd lawsuit involving this matter.
Delita Hooks made a hole in my retina and also by continuing to pull my hair and attempt to yank me to her as she tried repeatedly with her barefoot to kick my vaginal area and when she couldn't she went to touch my vaginal area.
I had told her to not touch me and so she decided to touch me all over.
She was allowed to go right back to her desk despite my MD Dr Vine demanding Delita Hooks be fired.
